This is a shop-based position working on the fabrication floor supporting commercial and industrial HVAC projects. This is a direct hire opportunity with a pathway to SMART Local #33 union membership within approximately 60–90 days for qualified employees. We are open to both experienced tradespeople and entry-level candidates who are motivated to learn. Prior sheet metal or HVAC experience is a strong plus, but not required.
