Position Summary CIMCO Refrigeration is seeking a Project Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of construction and project management. This role will interest you if you take pride in the quality and efficiency of the projects you supervise, have a sense of urgency, are skilled at problem-solving, and possess exceptional cost and project management skills. Responsibilities: - Build refrigeration projects (industrial and recreational) according to established budgets and schedules in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. - Assist all stakeholders in preparation, critical schedules, and quality control programs. - Monitor and maintain project schedules on a regular basis (typically weekly) and keep all stakeholders informed of critical developments. - Ensure complete client satisfaction by keeping them well-informed and exceeding their expectations. - Plan, coordinate, and effectively manage all labor, materials, and equipment required to meet the project’s budget, timeline, and objectives. - Fully understand and review all drawings and contractual specifications to identify errors, changes, omissions, cost-saving measures, or potential issues during...
