Field Service Engineering Specialist

Job description

Travel: - On-Site Technical Service: Perform preventative maintenance, system installations, upgrades, and complex repairs of IVF laboratory equipment at customer sites, ensuring compliance with CooperSurgical service standards. - Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Utilize strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, mechanical, and software issues in laboratory equipment. - Documentation & Data Integrity: Ensure all service activities are accurately documented and reported in a timely manner. Maintain complete and up-to-date records within the CRM system, including service reports, installation records, and customer interactions. - Tool Calibration & Compliance: Maintain calibration and operational readiness of service tools and equipment. Coordinate with the appropriate internal departments to ensure tools remain compliant with calibration and quality requirements. - Resource Coordination: Work closely with Service Support, Scheduling, and Logistics teams to ensure necessary spare parts, tools, and documentation are available prior to site visits. - Continuous Learning & Product Expertise: Maintain current knowledge of CooperS...
