And you’ll get to practice your passion in a non-profit, mission-driven organization that’s known for the highest level of care in our communities ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Performs clerical duties and tasks to improve provider productivity and clinic workflow such as; Plans and Prepares for Provider Visits, including but not limited to: maintaining patient roster needing provider visit; pulling referral data, if necessary, medical records, if necessary, and pertinent notes for rationale of the visit. - Accurately and thoroughly documents medical visits and procedures as they are being performed by the physician, including but not limited to: Patient medical history and physical exam, to include: - Procedures and treatments performed by healthcare professionals, including nurses and physician assistants. - Patient education and explanations of risks and benefits. - Physician-dictated diagnoses, prescriptions and instru...
