P ortfolio Manager – Technology and Operations The College Board is hiring a Portfolio Manager for our Latin America Office. This position is a hybrid role based in our San Juan, Puerto Rico office. About the Team: The Technology and Operations teams at the College Board Latin America Office collaborate closely to ensure the reliable delivery of assessments and services across the region. These teams manage digital platforms, testing systems, registration workflows, CRM systems, and operational processes that support students, institutions, and partners across Latin America and the Caribbean. Technology develops and maintains the systems that power program delivery, while Assessment Operations manages the full lifecycle of assessment administration. Together, these teams ensure secure, efficient, and scalable delivery of College Board programs across the region.
