Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Custodian to support Kadiak and our government customer in Butte, MT. Custodian General Cleaning: - Clean entrances, lobbies, corridors, offices, conference rooms, and work areas. - Empty wastebaskets and trash receptacles. - Dust high and low surfaces, clean/polish soiled surfaces. Vacuum carpets, perform light spot removal, and wash windows and glass surfaces. Specialized Cleaning: - Monitor and maintain carpet and floor appearances. - Perform carpet spot and deep cleaning. Manual scrub, buff, strip, and refinish floors. Disinfection: - Clean and sanitize restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors). - Restock supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels). - Sanitize high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, handrails). - Clean and disinfect common areas. Equipment Care: - Inspect equipment for cleanliness. - Perform minor repairs and maintenance. Exterior Duties: - Remove debris and litter from grounds and walkways.
