The Loan Desk Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting our service customers by managing alternate transportation, including loaner vehicles, rental coordination, and shuttle options. This role ensures customers remain mobile while their vehicle is being serviced—helping drive satisfaction, retention, and overall service efficiency. What You Will Do: - Coordinate and assign service loaner vehicles to customers based on eligibility, availability, and service needs. - Verify customer qualifications for loaner vehicles, including driver’s license, insurance, and required documentation. - Complete loaner agreements accurately and ensure all required signatures and compliance requirements are met. - Manage loaner fleet availability, tracking vehicle status, location, mileage, fuel levels, and maintenance needs. - Coordinate vehicle check-in and check-out processes, including inspections for damage and cleanliness. - Work closely with Service Advisors to align loaner availability with repair timelines and customer expectations. - Arrange alternate transportation wh...
