Vendor Operations Manager, Trust and Safety

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 7 years of experience in operations or business management, and vendor management. - 7 years of experience using analytics or applying project management tools to address business issues. Preferred qualifications: - Certification in Six Sigma Black Belt . - Experience in content moderation and managing sensitive content. - Experience in quality management and process improvement. - Experience managing vendor operations and working with globally managed service providers. - Ability to solve problems tenaciously with project management skills, defining projects, executing within timelines, navigating ambiguity, and managing with multiple conflicting priorities and stakeholder issues/requirements, driving towards pragmatic decisions/actions. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across multiple levels of the organization and regions.
