Job DetailsJob Location: Technical Services Admin - Bedford, TX 76021Education Level: 4 Year DegreeTravel Percentage: Valid DL requiredJob Category: Health CarePRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY The Regional Manager of Technical Operations (RMTO) is responsible for supporting the Distribution/Hospital Services, Component production, and Testing and Labeling departments in Texoma, and North, Central and East Texas (Carter BloodCare service areas) Under minimal, direct supervision, the RMTO supports routine operations, conducts interviews, manages departmental training for team members, and supports the Hospital Relations department with Pre-Hospital Transfusion account management. The RMTO ensures proper utilization and shipment of all blood products, oversees and coordinates, drafts, administers, and implements departmental procedures, validations, and other regulatory issues. This position identifies and establishes consistency in procedures, processes, budgets, timekeeping, and best practices within the Carter BloodCare (CBC) service area.
