Job Family: Operational Effectiveness Consulting Travel Required: Up to 10% Clearance Required: Active Secret What You Will Do: Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Defense and Security Segment, where the individual will provide support in human capital strategy, strategic planning, and workforce assessment and development of organizational and mission goals, and support decision-making for large-scale programs within the Department of War (DoW). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Serve as a SME, possessing in-depth knowledge to advance research and specialized analyses of cyber workforce policies, plans, and processes. Support development, revision, and staffing of relevant DoW Directives, Instruction, and other policy issuances. Support integration of cyber workforce policy, governance, recruitment, retention, and professional development programs into strategic plans and implementation initiatives. Review, draft responses, and develop recommendations for legislative proposals on the Cyber Workforce, or other DoW equities.
