Eagers Automotive are currently looking for an Automotive Parts Manager to lead the Parts Department at BYD Wangara . Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Parts Department at both the BYD Wangara dealership and pre delivery centre. This will include working with the Service Team and providing the best possible service to our customers. Duties will include: - Ensuring monthly targets are achieved. - Working collaboratively with the Service Department to achieve KPIs in both departments. - Ensuring customer service standards are met. - Assisting the general public with queries and purchases - Interpreting requests for parts as required - Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers About you: We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and driven to succeed.
