GENERAL PURPOSE: Responsible for overall order management flow of customer demand. Daily activity includes reviewing, entering, and editing varying types of customer orders. Works closely with the MillerKnoll Dealer network as well as internal departments to assure the quick release of orders to Scheduling via the order submission/order management process. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Process customer orders with accuracy and in a timely manner. This includes both electronic and manual requests. Process Government orders and Commercial Direct Orders working closely with internal cross functional teams to ensure all GSA and Direct requirements are met.
