Chapter Lead Data Management (36-40 hours, ACT Amsterdam). ING is looking for an enthusiastic Chapter Lead Data Management, to guide the existing team of motivated professionals through the challenges ahead. As Chapter Lead Data Management (with focus on Commercial Data), you are responsible for leading and developing a chapter of data engineering professionals within ING. You set the standards, technical direction and ways of working for Data Management and are able to communicate well on choices to be made, engage your team for execution, while fostering craftsmanship, innovation and personal growth. You combine people leadership with technical/ data management capabilities, ensuring reliable, compliant and scalable data solutions that directly support ING’s business ambitions. You report to the IT Area Lead Data Management & Personalization and work closely with Product Leads, Architects and other Chapter Leads across the Data & Analytics landscape.
