Store Manager required for a successful and expanding retail group based in Ballina Co. Mayo. We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to join our award-winning retail group. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store including our busy Food Service Departments, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and a drive for success. The Role: Oversee daily store operations Ensure operational excellent in our Food Service Departments Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Implement sales strategies to drive revenue Supervise, train and assist employees like Sales Representatives and Retail Store Clerks in customer service, store maintenance and product promotions. Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, implement purchasing plans and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals.
