Start your journey with BCD: Grow, connect, collaborate and celebrate with our global team Legal Counsel: Maternity Cover (Remote): Full Time, Temporary, Utrecht, Netherlands: BCD is looking to hire a qualified commercial contracts lawyer on a temporary basis to provide maternity cover for a period of six (6) months within BCD Travel’s European legal team. The primary emphasis for this position will be supporting BCD Travel in providing service-oriented, business-minded legal advice. The position can be virtual or office based depending on location. As Legal Counsel: Maternity Cover, you will - Provide expert and strategic legal advice to BCD’s commercial stakeholders in Europe and other regions, as needed - Review, draft, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts including, Benelux, multi-national and regional client and supplier contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents - Provide accurate, relevant, and timely legal and business advice to internal teams including sales, program management, supplier relations, operations and other types of commercial contracts - Advise internal clients of potential legal risks and recommending strategy to manage and minimize risks from...
