Low T Center , a leader in hormone replacement therapy and targeted wellness, is seeking a Full-Time, 4-Day Float Mid-Level Provider (NP or PA) . What You’ll Do: - Provide hormone replacement therapy, weight management, and wellness care - Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans - Manage follow-up care and monitor patient progress - Educate patients on treatment protocols, wellness, and lifestyle optimization - Collaborate with the Center Director, Medical Director, and clinic staff - Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinic protocols What We’re Looking For: - Active Oklahoma NP or PA license in good standing (unencumbered) - Current DEA license - Current OBNDD license - Availability to complete a 2-week (10 consecutive business days) training, Monday–Friday during clinic hours Schedule: - 32 clinical hours per week - Clinical shifts: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday Clinic hours: - Monday: 8 AM – 5 PM - Tuesday: 8 AM – 7 PM - Wednesday: 8 AM – 1 PM - Thursday: 7 AM – 5 PM - Frid...
