Bachelor’s Degree Required* Summary: The Operations Management Trainee (OMT) is an 18-month structured and comprehensive training program to develop leadership and operational knowledge. The position involves working collaboratively with different teams to gain insights into the business, processes and strategies to align with customer retention, all facets of operational excellence and metrics.
