Expressions of interest – Marinus Link Site Roles Marinus Link and Jacobs are proud to have formed an Integrated Delivery Partnership for the delivery of the Marinus Link project - Australia's largest HVDC infrastructure initiative, connecting Tasmania and Victoria via a 345 km undersea and underground electricity and data interconnector. As construction ramps up, the build will be delivered by specialist contractors under the direction of Marinus Link, and the integrated delivery team is looking for people that want to explore opportunities to take on dynamic on-site client side roles overseeing the specialist contractors. Construction activity will start in early-mid 2026, and these roles will be based at key sites including: 📍 Hazelwood, Victoria The Hazelwood site in the Latrobe Valley, in South-East Victoria will be home to a major converter station, transforming electricity between HVDC and HVAC to connect with the national grid. Set on a brownfield site, across 31 hectares in the Latrobe Valley, the converter buildings will be surrounded by switchyards, transformers, and a control hub.
