Overview Scope of Responsibilities: Works remotely under supervision of Manager of Central Services and Implementation. Follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks. Work within multiple HealthDirect facilities as directed by Manager. Work directly with client services representatives to urgently resolve customer service-related issues.
