Summary: The Sales Director for America, West, will play a pivotal role in leading the development and execution of Tritium's sales strategy for the Americas region. The purpose is to secure hardware and services revenue by acquiring and expanding strategic customer accounts across fleets, commercial sites, and public sector programs, while building lasting partnerships and ensuring customer success. Scope: Geographic scope is the United States, Canada, and Latin America. The role is remote-based and requires regular cross-functional collaboration; it is accountable for achieving regional sales targets, managing the regional pipeline and forecast in the CRM, and driving revenue growth with limited direct people management responsibilities.
