SUMMARY: Responsible for growing CVG’s sales within a defined territory by working with an assigned OES group, independent sales representatives, key dealership groups, co-op buying groups and independent distributors. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: In this position, you will be responsible for supervising the activities of 20 to 30 independent sales representatives. You will be responsible for setting their sales goals, directing their sales activities, working with them in the field, providing phone and online support; as well as providing quarterly and annual assessment of their goal attainment. - Sales growth within assigned sales territory and with the assigned OES account. - Know and understand CVG’s products, markets and competitors for the purpose of growing our sales. - Responsible for developing & maintaining strong, positive relationships with assigned CVG OES account and independent sales representatives.
