Housing Manager - Covering East and South Birmingham Permanent: Grade D - £45,091 – £51,356 Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review Working 36.5 hours per week: We are looking for someone with great management and leadership skills to join the estate services team and support the improvement of services to our tenants and leaseholders. A key responsibility of the role is working closely and constructively with colleagues across City Housing, the wider council, partners, contractors, external stakeholders, and tenants/leaseholders. We are looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, is committed, motivational, enthusiastic, and dynamic to develop and improve our estate-based services to our tenants and leaseholders. Leading on service improvement across the city is a fundamental driver for success in this role linked to the framework set out in the Social Housing Regulation Act 2023.
