Job description

Overview The Manager of Training is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining training programs to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Company policies and procedures. Oversees and supervises all employees in training status, including new hires and those in progressive training programs, while supporting workforce development and operational readiness. Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Plan and implement training programs covering Florida East Coast Railway rules, policies, and procedures in compliance with FRA regulations - Design and develop training curriculum for both classroom and field environments - Train and coach employees on worksite safety practices and operational standards - Conduct classroom instruction and hands-on field training - Assist in the coordination and execution of annual ride evaluations to ensure compliance with Company and regulatory requirements - Schedule and manage trainee assignments to ensure proper development, coverage, and alignment with operational needs - Work closely with Transportation Supervisors to evaluate employee performance, support development...
