Nokia of America Corporation , Engineering Support (Multiple Positions), Sunnyvale, CA. Analyze, troubleshoot, and evaluate Nokia network systems; Provide software and hardware support to Nokia engineers, including ensuring appropriate software and hardware for technical engineering equipment; Troubleshoot and provide time-sensitive support regarding network and IT problems for Nokia’s Executive Briefing Center and executive-level users; Manage the internal service desk;: Work with other internal departments to ensure collaboration and resolution of network and IT issues; and Communicate technical issues appropriately to both technical and non-technical audiences. #LI-DNI Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, and 6 years of related work experience. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, the employer will accept an additional 2 years of related work experience.
