Overview: First 60 days will be on-site, and then will be a hybrid role with 2 days a month on-site. Job Description Summary: Analyzes, develops, and implements information system projects and reports for HR/Payroll and other internal customers. Job Description: Essential Functions: - Maintains HR information, implementation, testing, training, problem-resolution, auditing and data analysis, and administration of the Workday HCM system. - Assists with system implementation, configuration, testing, training, auditing, and ongoing maintenance of HRIS systems as it relates to all areas of HR and Payroll. Serves as backup to the other HRIS Systems Analysts for all modules of Workday HCM. - Identifies, develops, and programs system enhancements to ensure system optimization, runs reports, and interacts with vendors to establish system interfaces. - Provides immediate technical assistance, training, and problem resolution whenever possible on HRIS systems, including Workday HCM and Kronos. - Ensures system documentation and training materials are kept current and up to date.
