Title: Supervisor, Grounds Department: Grounds: Campus Location: Arnold/Main Campus: Salary Range: $28.41-$35.51 per hour: Work Mode: This position requires a full-time in-person presence on campus or at alternative locations. Hours Per Week: 40: Work Schedule: Position Type: Full-Time Staff, Non-Exempt Position Summary: This position is responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance of campus grounds, roadways and parking areas to provide a safe, healthy and attractive environment. Directly responsible for overseeing the daily Grounds departmental operations in support of Event Services setups and FPC office/staff relocations. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Schedule, supervise, motivate and document the daily operations Grounds personnel. Oversee landscaping operations to include establish and maintain flowerbeds, shrubbery and trees; including soil preparation, planting, thinning, mulching, watering, pruning, leaf removal and weeding as needed. Schedule tree planting and removal as needed. Ensure grass mowing operations are completed on a timely schedule.
