Job Description: Position Summary The Workplace Experience Specialist supports the daily operations and employee experience of the Phoenix office. This role focuses on delivering a welcoming, engaging, and efficient workplace by coordinating office logistics, administrative support, supporting site-based programs, and ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires. The Specialist partners closely with the onsite Workplace Experience Manager, local leaders, and Phoenix-based employees to bring AssetMark’s culture to life. We can consider candidates for this position who are able to accommodate an in-office work schedule and are close to our Phoenix, AZ location. QUALIFICATIONS: . - Manage front-desk reception area as a warm, welcome and securely controlled environment, including receiving and directing clients and visitors - Oversee incoming/outgoing mail, shipping, and package distribution within a secure, regulated environment - Administrative duties; including calendaring & scheduling, and other administrative support Ordering and Supply Management: - Office Supplies: Order essential office supplies, including sit/stands, ergonomic keyboards, and other items.
