Job description
About the Role Reporting to the National SHS Manager, the SHS Administration Officer is a national, corporate based role providing administrative, systems and coordination support across the broader Qube Energy SHS function. The role exists to strengthen consistency, visibility and alignment in routine governance and coordination activities that currently sit across multiple site‑based roles. By centralising these functions, the role supports the broader SHS team to direct greater effort toward field based engagement, verification and proactive risk management, enabling SHS Advisors and leaders to spend more time supporting operations, identifying emerging risks and driving meaningful safety improvement. Specific Responsibilities: - Administer and maintain records in SHS systems and registers, such as health surveillance records (medicals, fit testing, audiometry, Drug & Alcohol), training and competency - Administrator and monitor Qube Energy Contractors through Rapid Contractor - Coordinate SHS digital content and updates, including management of SHS digital communication system - Provide administrative support for internal and external SHS audits, including collation of evidence...
