Position Overview The Senior Process & Solution Design Analyst is a senior individual contributor responsible for designing, optimizing, and enabling end‑to‑end business processes across Direct Travel’s integrated application ecosystem including Salesforce, ERP, Smartsheet, GTM, Customer Success platforms, Digital Unified Communications, and travel back‑office systems. This role blends deep process analysis with solution design and platform expertise to ensure the E2E Integrated Business Model is consistently modeled, automated, and measured from awareness to lead, opportunity to close, activation to adoption, traveler support, and order to cash. Reporting to the Director, IT Enterprise Services, this role partners closely with business and IT leaders to translate requirements into scalable, cloud-based solutions and AI‑driven automation that improve efficiency, customer experience, and financial performance.
