Job Title: Registered Dietitian, Renal Dialysis Unit Department: Renal Dialysis Location: Dialysis Center- Irondequoit Seneca Ridge **New Building Coming Soon** Hours Per Week: 40 hours Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-4:30p **NO WEEKENDS** Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000: *Our benefit package includes Tuition Reimbursement and Student Loan Payback program SUMMARY: Access, plan, implement and evaluate the nutritional care of Unity Health System patients. Our 48-station outpatient facility for full–care hemodialysis patients is located three miles from Rochester General Hospital. Care is supported by clinical, social work and nutrition experts who specialize in the care of dialysis patients RESPONSIBILITIES: Works as a member of the multi-disciplinary Nephrology team to maintain/improve the nutritional status of patients by assessing nutritional needs and by planning, implementing and evaluating nutritional care. Communicates formally and informally with Health Care Staff to promote coordination of nutritional care with total patient care.
