Currently we are looking for: Customer Service Specialist Location: Krakow/Brzesko (Poland) Your responsibilities: Cooperating with the customer’s Logistics and Purchasing departments Handling customer orders in line with agreed contracts Monitoring the execution of sales plans for assigned customers Controlling stock levels, receivables and returnable packaging Preparing reports and summaries: Supporting Sales Managers in developing international markets Your profile: University degree (preferred: economics, international trade or similar) Very good command of English (B2/C1) Very good command of German (B2/C1) - nice to have Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel...
