What you’ll do: - Provide inputs on sales incentive design. - Hit or exceed team closed won quota consistently by actively managing the pipeline of accounts (equating in size to [3-4x] of the expected closed won throughput) under each of your team members in Salesforce. - Identify problems across team quickly, acting to solve problems, building solutions that can last and scale to other teams. - Develop strategies to optimize cross team performance.
