About the role Capital Health Network (CHN) is looking for an accomplished leader to step into the high-impact role of Senior Manager, Planning and Performance. The role will deliver oversight of the critical reporting, evaluation and planning functions that support a range of strategic health projects across CHN’s teams. This is a team leadership role first, with responsibility for setting direction, supporting performance, and fostering a high-trust, collaborative culture across multidisciplinary teams. To successfully lead its data analysis and evaluation functions, the role also requires sufficient technical expertise in data frameworks, health planning and program evaluation, and an established sector experience in ACT primary health systems. About the team: Reporting to General Manager Health System Improvement, the Senior Manager Planning and Performance operates within a recently restructured Planning and Performance Business Unit that provides key advice to inform CHN’s reporting, planning and evaluation processes.
