Preferred Qualifications: - Master degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation. - 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with experience in public accounting. - Previous experience in a leadership, supervisory, or mentorshiop role. Job Summary: Directs complex accounting activities, including month-end close and financial reporting, to ensure accuracy and integrity. Mentors and develops accounting personnel to foster a high-performing team environment. Drives the implementation of new accounting standards and process improvements to support departmental and strategic initiatives.
