Job description
As an Analyst - Accounts Receivable, you will be responsible for generating, reviewing, and issuing customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Maintains and updates billing records using applicable systems, ensuring charges are correct and properly documented. Researches and resolves routine billing discrepancies and prepares standard reports related to billing status, exceptions, or unresolved issues. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Manages daily invoices. Reviews incoming receipts and remittance advices to determine application to accounts receivable system and handle exceptions appropriately. - Posts and applies receipts (checks, credit card, ACH and wire) to customer accounts receivable account via data processing functions in various systems (QuickBooks, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics/DAX). - Performs extensive research, investigation, analysis, escalation and resolution of customer invoicing issues to ensure all cash and payments are completed. - Prepares required entries and supporting details when customer takes a miscellaneous deduction. - Adheres to department policies and procedures. - Maintains confidentiality regarding client data, documents and proce...
