Tucson Harley-Davidson is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Motorclothes Sales Associate to join our team. What You’ll Do: - Deliver top-tier customer service to guests shopping for Harley-Davidson gear, apparel, and accessories - Assist customers in selecting Motorclothes and riding gear that fit their style, needs, and safety requirements - Stay informed on the latest product lines, features, and industry trends - Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space - Accurately handle transactions using various payment methods including cash, credit, and financing - Collaborate with your team to hit and exceed sales goals - Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: - At least 1 year of retail sales experience - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills - A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic - Basic computer proficiency - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Must be able to stand for extended periods of time - Must be able to lift up to 50lbs - Must be able to safely and efficie...
