Responsibilities Peraton is seeking a Program Operations Manager to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position is located in Herndon, VA. The qualified applicant will become part of the leadership team for Peraton's Department of State (DOS) Consular Systems Modernization (CSM) Program, for the Bureau of Diplomatic Technology (DT). This initiative is intended to modernize and consolidate the operational environment under a common technology framework in order to better support the services provided to CA’s customers. As part of this modernization program, the Program Operations Manager will provide daily business operations support; manage internal reporting requirements; collaborate and coordinate closely with all functional organizations supporting the program; and will act as a people manager for a team of 4-6 individuals. The Operations Manager, as part of the program leadership team and PMO, must be able to learn and understand the complex makeup of this program in order to provide sufficient support to both internal and external customers.
