Title: Associate Director of Residence Life Division: Student Affairs: Department: Housing & Residence Life Operations FLSA Status: Exempt: Salary Range: $62,000 - $64,000, Annual Salary Based on Experience EEO Job Group: 2 E2: Position Summary: Under the direction of the Director of Housing and Residence Life, the Associate Director is responsible for the supervision, planning, organization and coordination of all aspects of professional and paraprofessional staff. This includes the selection, training, and evaluation of all Area Coordinators, Resident Assistants and other student staff in conjunction with HRL leadership. . This position requires a student-centered leader who plays a vital role in enhancing the residential experience at the university to foster a safe, healthy, and engaging on-campus living environment. This position works closely with the Director in performing various responsibilities including providing administrative leadership for the department of Housing and Residence Life.
