We are seeking a ServiceNow Engagement Manager to join our team in Finland to lead the way in delivering ServiceNow solutions with a strategic mindset and strong customer focus. POSITION The Cloud People, is a Full ServiceNow Lifecycle Partner that is growing rapidly in Europe, US and Brazil. For our Helsinki office in Finland, we are looking for an experienced Engagement Manager to join our team. We’re specifically seeking candidates who are fluent in both Finnish and English and have experience in similar client-facing roles. As an Engagement Manager you’ll take a leading role in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects and services. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between the customer and The Cloud People and continuously work on maintaining strong, transparent communication and fostering long-term partnerships.
