Corewell Health's department of neurological health in Grand Rapids, Michigan offers an excellent full-time opportunity for a physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join their exceptional epilepsy team. As an important member of the epilepsy section, you would be responsible for evaluating new patients as well as following established patients in the practice. The ideal candidate would be passionate about this patient population and have some initial neurology training. We are open to both experienced APPs as well as new graduates. Qualifications: - Full-time position - Outpatient practice with opportunity for inpatient coverage if candidate is interested (not required) - Excellent training and onboarding - 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up appointments - No nights, weekends or call required - Potential virtual clinic day (half or full day) from home after significant ramp up - Epic Electronic Medical Record Nurse Practitioner: - Required Master's Degree Nurse Practitioners who obtained their education and certification after 2000 must show evidence of completion of a master’s, post-master’s or doctorate from a Nurse Practitioner program that is accredited...
