Senior Counsel Position Summary: Full time salaried position Onsite based out of our Bridgewater, NJ location The Senior Counsel will be an important member of the Legal and Compliance Department, providing direct support to the Company’s Biologics business which has multiple sites across the globe and provides cell, gene, plasmid, drug substance, drug product, and bioanalytic services to customers around the world. The Senior Counsel will be responsible for negotiating and documenting many types of commercial contracts and licenses on an international basis. From time to time, this may include legal advice and support on contract interpretation, business disputes, intellectual property, personnel matters, and real estate issues, as well as legal training for the commercial sales function. The attorney will liaise as needed with other support and business functions to resolve issues efficiently. Our Bridgewater location is the corporate office for Catalent.
