About the position Location: Warsaw, h ybrid model of working Your Role: Reporting to Traditional Trade Sales Director, you will be a strategical support for our Sales Team, driving new level of excellence in our collaboration with Customers and internal partners in order to execute sales strategy. Key Accountabilities: So, what does it take to be successful in this role? - Executive, Administrative and Operational support for Sales Director Key Account Managers and Sales Force (preparation of listing data, promotional data incl. following adjustments) - Budget control and reporting - Managing invoices, credit notes, promodiscounts - Ad-hoc problems solving (mainly administrative and executive) - Close cooperation with traditional trade sales team - Master’s degree - Sales experience in FMCG is an advantage (1-2 years’) - Excellent communication and People skills - Excellent time and work management skills, ability to prioritize - Analytical mind, attention to details while keeping an overview - Proactive & independent approach and focus on support - Flexibility and ability to adapt in dynamic environment - Ability to function independently and in x-functional team environment - Co...
