Job Title Customer Project Manager - Radiology Informatics Job Description: In this role: As an RI S&SD Customer Project Manager, you are responsible for the implementation of Radiology Informatics (RI) solutions within Philips Service and Solutions Delivery in Italy. You act as the end‑to‑end project manager, leading site implementation teams to successfully deploy RI solutions and associated business deliverables. Your focus is on ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and cost, while meeting or exceeding customer expectations for both Philips and its customers. Your responsibilities: Develop a strong understanding of customer environments, including key stakeholders, IT policies, constraints, regulatory considerations, and requirements for change justification within your assigned region. Translate customer needs into effective project execution, applying recognised project management methodologies and Philips standards. Lead and coordinate project teams (clinical, technical, and other stakeholders) to ensure successful solution deployment.
