Specialist Practitioner AMPH - Adult Out of Hours Team. Permanent: Grade D - £45,091 – £53,460 Golden Hello payment - £1,000 + £5,000 per annum; see below for further details and conditions. Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review Working 36.5 hours per week – Out of Hours Shift Patterns: Set shifts based on Business Needs (these can be discussed at interview stage) An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Approved Mental Health Professional to join Birmingham’s Adult Out of Hours and AMHP Team. The successful candidate will join a strong and supportive team which works throughout the City of Birmingham. As a Specialist Practitioner (AMHP), you will play a critical role in safeguarding individuals’ rights while coordinating timely and proportionate Mental Health Act assessments. You will work autonomously and collaboratively across health, social care, police, and emergency services, responding to complex and urgent situations. As an AMHP your focus will be to support the consideration and co-ordination of Mental Health Act assessments referred to the Out of Hours Team, with a clear focus on integrating equal opportunities into your practice....
