Senior Vice President, National Commercial Manager

This Opportunity WSP USA is seeking a National Commercial Manager, with extensive experience in the management of procurement and post-award contract management teams as part of program management consultants responsible for delivery of large-scale infrastructure programs and projects, and business development of same. In this role, you will be responsible for pursuing, managing, providing procurement and contract administration services and support for all types of major projects and programs, as well as other specialized related services such as establishing structures and processes within the delivery organization required to facilitate proper integration of commercial efforts with the broader program/project organization.
