Position Summary Reporting to the CIO the Vice President of Applications provides strategic and operational leadership for enterprise applications across the healthcare system (Tenet, USPI, TPR, Rev Cycle). This role oversees clinical, financial, operational, and corporate application platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, scalability, security, and digital innovation. The VP partners with executive, clinical, operational, and IT leaders to deliver reliable, modern technology solutions that support patient care and business performance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead enterprise application strategy, modernization, governance, and lifecycle management. - Oversee core platforms supporting clinical systems, EHR, revenue cycle, finance, operations, and interoperability. - Drive large-scale transformation initiatives involving cloud, automation, AI-enabled workflows, and platform optimization. - Ensure application performance, compliance, security, service quality, and alignment with healthcare workflows. - Lead cross-functional programs, manage vendors and managed services, and oversee operational and capital budgets. - Build high-performing tea...
