The Reserve at Sawmill, located in Milford, Delaware, is in need of a qualified worker to join our service team. This person will be expected to respond to maintenance work orders, perform preventative maintenance as directed, and prepare units for move-in. Ideal candidates will work well both with a team and individually. Excellent customer service skills required; some prior experience in residential maintenance is preferred. Service Technician – The Reserve at Sawmill Location: Milford, DE Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM Compensation: $24/hour (based on experience) .
