Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles. - Experience working with digital organizations. - Experience identifying and recommending scalable solutions to improve customer strategy, and working with executive leadership. Preferred qualifications: - Experience working as a management consultant, working with external clients. - Experience building and scaling "go-to-market" programs or activation strategies from the ground up. - Experience in the global media landscape, specifically within connected TV (CTV), live sports, and emerging digital video formats. - Knowledge of Google Marketing Platform (GMP) ecosystem, including DV360 and CM360. - Excellent technical fluency in programmatic auction dynamics.
