The Patient Account Representative II is responsible for advanced accounts receivable follow-up and resolution of complex insurance and patient billing issues. This role focuses on resolving aged accounts, researching payment discrepancies, managing payer denials, and ensuring timely reimbursement for services rendered. The representative works independently and serves as a resource to junior team members within the revenue cycle department..
