Job description
At Aston Martin Lagonda, the Systems Engineering team is responsible for defining system requirements and guiding commodity implementation through feature ownership. We are looking for a System Owner – Low Voltage Power to take responsibility for the low voltage power supply systems (12V and 48V) across all vehicles. The Role: You will develop and maintain low voltage powernet control strategies across all vehicle programmes. This includes areas such as charging strategy, load management, deep discharge protection and Q-drain self-test. You will also be responsible to maintain and enhance the low voltage load simulation model using Matlab and Simulink. You will lead cross-functional teams during low voltage testing activities, including Q-drain and cold crank testing. You will also lead issue investigation activities and support internal teams where required. The role includes developing the Low voltage system design using MBSE methodology and mapping of system requirements into components and elements.
